The goals of the 35th and McRae Road Improvement project are:

• Improve traffic safety and flow without encouraging high speeds and cut-through traffic
• Improve pedestrian and bicycle safety
• Minimize impacts to adjacent properties and trees
• Enhance the Fish Creek stream crossing and habitat
• Reduce operation and maintenance costs
• Balance the needs of property owners, agencies, the neighborhood, and the larger community
